Privacy notice

Scope

Vancom.io LLC operates GetsYou. This notice explains the data handled when an authorized employee or operator uses the GetsYou mobile application. The app is a companion to an organization-provisioned business workspace and does not offer public account registration.

Data the mobile app handles

• Account identity, including name, email address, phone number, user ID, organization ID, role, and security status.
• Workspace contacts, messages, call records, recordings, transcripts, notes, tasks, approvals, campaign drafts, and property or deal records that the organization makes available.
• Microphone audio only while the user deliberately places a personal business call.
• An installation identifier and push token used to deliver and revoke notifications.
• Request IP address, city- or region-level location inferred from that address, feature interactions, and error or performance diagnostics used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

The app does not request the device address book, photo library, precise location, or advertising identifier. It does not use cross-company advertising tracking.

How data is used

Data is used to authenticate the user, enforce organization permissions, display and update business records, deliver calls and messages, provide notifications and support, prevent abuse, maintain service reliability, and perform the AI-assisted functions the user or organization requests.

Service providers and AI

GetsYou uses contracted providers for cloud hosting, authentication, storage, communications delivery, notifications, security, diagnostics, speech processing, and AI analysis. Before entering the app, the user sees the categories of data sent to third-party AI services and must give explicit consent. Providers may process data only to deliver the service and are required to protect it consistently with this notice.

Permissions and choices

Notification permission is optional and can be changed in iOS Settings. Microphone access is requested only when a personal call is started; denying it leaves the rest of the app available. Users can review this notice, withdraw third-party AI data consent, and initiate an account-deletion request from Settings inside the app.

Retention

Account information is retained while the account is active. Communication records follow the organization’s configured retention and applicable legal requirements. Request and server diagnostics are ordinarily retained for up to 90 days. Compliance, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may be kept longer when required by law.

Account deletion

The signed-in user can choose Settings → Account → Request account deletion. We complete verified requests within 45 days, except for records that must be retained by law or that belong to a shared organization workspace. The user receives confirmation after the request is submitted.

Security

GetsYou uses encryption in transit, access controls, organization isolation, secure token storage, and authenticator-app verification for protected administrator access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
