Replace your entire back office with one AI team.
$1,697/mo + $3,000 setup. Replaces $15,000/mo of human back-office labor — marketing VA, TC, analyst, and dispo lead. 5,000 bundled call minutes/month. Managed orchestration and security. 30-day money-back on the subscription.
Same lead volume. Same close rate. $13,300/mo back in your pocket.
Volume operators ready to stop wearing every hat
Autopilot is for real estate investors who already have working lead flow and are losing margin to back-office chaos — not operators still testing whether a funnel works.
Volume operator
20+ deals/month, or scaling past where one acquisitions manager can keep up.
$1M-$3M annual revenue real estate investor or small fund
Big enough that paying $1,697/mo to displace $18K/mo back office is obvious math, small enough that month-to-month + 30-day money-back removes the risk.
Inbound-heavy lead flow
PPC, Facebook, Instagram, direct mail, or TikTok already producing leads. You're not asking us to find buyers — you're asking us to stop dropping the ones you already paid for.
Tired of duct-taping the back office together
Currently running some mix of marketing VA + TC + analyst + dispo lead, with manual hand-offs between them and you in the middle of every escalation.
Autopilot is NOT for
- Brand new investors without a working lead source yet — start at Closer ($497/mo) until you've proven the funnel.
- Pure buy-side / dispo-only investors with no inbound seller calls — voice answering isn't your bottleneck.
- Anyone looking for a CRM replacement only — Autopilot is an ops team, not a CRM. (We integrate with your GoHighLevel.)
- Volume below ~5 deals/mo — the customer math doesn't work yet at that scale. Operator tier serves you better.
Your funnel works. Your team can't keep up.
The two pains every volume operator hits — and the reason adding more humans only makes it worse.
Can't answer inbound leads live — seller calls, nobody picks up within 4 minutes, the seller calls the next investor
Can't follow up effectively — lead captured but follow-up runs 4+ hours late in one channel with no comp report
One agent per role. Every role you'd hire.
Each agent is named by the human role it replaces. No "AI assistants" — these do specific jobs that map to a line item on your back-office budget.
Voice AI
Picks up every inbound seller call in 1.4 seconds, 24/7. No more leads going to the next investor because nobody answered.
SMS AI
Texts every lead back the second they message your number. Holds a real two-way conversation, answers from your knowledge base, qualifies, and books the appointment — no thumbs required.
Property Marketing AI
Writes the property listing, pulls photos, drafts the buyer-list blast — every contract under contract gets marketed the same day.
Comping AI
Runs a real comp report from county records while the seller is still on the line. Your offer is data-backed before they hang up.
CRM Hygiene AI
Closes stale opportunities, fixes duplicate contacts, sweeps for hot inbounds with no matching CRM record. Your pipeline stays clean.
Nurture AI
Keeps cold-but-alive leads warm for months with industry-aware call, text, email, and voicemail touches across a Day 0-180 sequence.
Underwriting AI
Pulls the max allowable offer scenario — repairs, holding costs, dispo fee, your minimum spread — and hands the number to negotiation.
Negotiation / Offer-Crafting AI
Drafts the offer, anchors the open, runs concession ladders, knows when to walk. Same numbers your senior analyst would write — without the analyst.
TC AI
Manages every contract from accepted offer to close — title coordination, lender comms, EMD tracking, doc requests, deadline pings.
Buyer AI
Surfaces matching cash buyers from your list and runs the dispo conversation. Most assignments close before you even open the file.
Orchestration Layer
Coordinates the specialists, moves shared context between surfaces, and raises only the decisions that need operator judgment.
Direct Mail AI
Designs and ships postcard sequences to your nurture lists. Tracks response rates and tightens copy weekly without you reviewing creatives.
Acquisitions Manager AI
The role itself — coordinates the deal from first touch to contract, including the human handoffs. Replaces the $6-8K/mo acquisitions manager hire.
Closing Docs AI
Preps the purchase contract, novation paperwork, or assignment paperwork from your closing attorney's template — filled with deal data, e-signed in order, chased to completion.
The coordination layer
14 specialists working in isolation would still be a stack of tools. The orchestration layer keeps context, ownership, and state moving across the deal—then escalates when a human decision is required.
Orchestration Layer
Autopilot tier only · Managed by our operations team
It connects the visible work between contacts, properties, campaigns, and execution without exposing the internal routing logic that makes those handoffs work.
Sweeps your pipeline every morning. Surfaces stale opps, hot inbounds without CRM records, and yesterday's wins — before your first coffee.
Routes work between agents autonomously. A new seller call triggers Voice → Comping → Underwriting → Negotiation without you queuing anything.
Surfaces its work in the operator experience. Ask in plain English, review the result, and keep consequential actions behind the approval boundary.
Isolation, access control, monitoring, and recoverability are part of the service
Your contacts, seller conversations, property evidence, documents, and operator history remain scoped to your organization with controlled access and protected storage.
The customer-facing experience shows roles, approvals, ownership, and material history. Internal infrastructure, provider choices, detection logic, and fallback paths remain confidential so the control plane does not become the attack map.

What operators ask before signing up
What's the difference between Autopilot and just hiring a marketing VA?
A marketing VA costs $1,500-$2,500/mo, works 40 hours a week, doesn't answer the phone live at 11pm, can't run a comp report, doesn't draft contracts, doesn't manage your TC pipeline, and has to be re-trained every time they quit. Autopilot does all of that, 24/7, for $1,697/mo. The marketing VA isn't a competitor — they're one of 15 roles Autopilot replaces.
Is the $3,000 setup fee refundable?
No. Setup covers workflow mapping, configuration of the 14-agent operating team, your GoHighLevel connection, approval rules, and hands-on implementation around your market and buy box. Those costs are incurred up front. The recurring $1,697/mo subscription is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — if Autopilot is not a fit, cancel within 30 days and we refund every recurring dollar.
Do I have to use GoHighLevel? Can I use Podio / REI BlackBook / Salesforce / my own CRM?
Right now, Autopilot integrates with GoHighLevel. The agents read and write opportunities, contacts, pipelines, and calendar through GHL's API. If you're not on GoHighLevel today, you can migrate to it as part of setup — we'll help. Native integrations with Podio and other REI-specific CRMs are on the roadmap but not live yet.
Who owns my data, and can I see what the system did?
You retain ownership of your business and CRM data. The operator experience shows agent status, approvals, outputs, and activity history so you can see what moved and why. Access is scoped, data is protected in transit and at rest, and the customer-facing security model is available at /autopilot/security.
What happens if I cancel after the first 30 days?
Your subscription ends at the end of the current billing cycle. We help you export the relevant operating history and return to your previous workflow. Your CRM remains yours, and your data is never held hostage.
Why is the cohort capped at 10 seats?
Each Autopilot customer gets hands-on workflow mapping, configuration, and direct founder access during implementation. We are capping the founder cohort at 10 so we can respond quickly and build around real operator feedback. Founder-cohort customers keep their lifetime rate as the program expands.
How is this different from Closer or Operator tier?
Closer ($497/mo) is voice + SMS + property marketing + comping + CRM hygiene + nurture — 6 agents. Operator ($1,197/mo) adds underwriting, negotiation, TC, buyer, lead enrichment, and direct mail — 12 agents. Autopilot adds Acquisitions Manager, Closing Docs, and the managed orchestration layer that coordinates all 14 agents across the operation.
What if I need a 15th agent for something specific to my market?
Talk to us. The Autopilot tier includes founder-direct support, and we ship custom agents into the cohort when there's a recurring need. If your specific need is reasonable and would benefit 3+ other operators, it likely ships within a month. Examples currently being scoped: deeper analytics on per-property P&L (waiting on a banking integration), market-specific contract clause libraries, and per-county tax-record auto-pull.
