$497 per calendar month covers the agency platform and client workspaces. There is no client minimum or per-client platform fee. Voice and messaging usage is prepaid separately at the rates shown in your wallet; the monthly platform invoice does not charge that usage again. Your signup payment covers the current calendar month.
Yes. You set subscriptions, setup fees, packages and usage markups. Your clients pay your agency. You own their onboarding, retail billing and first-line support.
Client workspaces can access software through the Operator tier. Your retail plan can offer fewer features. Managed Autopilot, dedicated infrastructure and custom implementation are separate services.
No voice minutes or messaging units are included. Standalone AI is prepaid at twice measured provider cost; AI already included in calls, messages or another paid product is not charged again. Fund usage before clients use it. Phone numbers, messaging registration and other paid products are separate. Usage prices and paid actions are disclosed before purchase.
Your agency is the first contact for setup, configuration and retail billing. GetsYou supports your agency with platform defects, outages, security and access issues. Custom implementation is separately scoped.
