Complete guide to integrating GoHighLevel with GetsYou.ai. Contact sync, pipeline mapping, calendar booking, and automation workflows.

Overview

GetsYou.ai integrates natively with GoHighLevel to create a seamless pipeline from AI-qualified call to booked appointment. This guide covers setup, configuration, and advanced automation workflows.

What the Integration Does

When connected, GetsYou.ai and GoHighLevel share data bidirectionally:

Contacts sync in both directions. New contacts created by AI calls appear in GHL automatically. Contacts added in GHL become available for AI campaigns.

Pipeline Stages update based on call outcomes. When the AI qualifies a lead and books an appointment, the contact moves to the appropriate pipeline stage in GHL.

Calendar Bookings are created directly in your GHL calendar. The AI checks availability in real-time before offering appointment slots.

Call Data attaches to contact records in GHL — recordings, transcripts, lead scores, sentiment analysis, and call summaries.

Setup Guide

Prerequisites

  • An active GoHighLevel account
  • Admin access to the GHL location you want to connect
  • An active GetsYou.ai account

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Initiate Connection

Navigate to Settings → Integrations in your GetsYou dashboard. Click "Connect GoHighLevel."

2. Authorize

You'll be redirected to GoHighLevel to grant permission. Sign in and approve access.

3. Select Location

Choose the GHL location to connect. One GetsYou organization maps to one GHL location.

4. Map Pipeline Stages

Configure which GHL pipeline stages correspond to these call outcomes:

  • Appointment Set
  • Qualified (no appointment)
  • Follow-Up Needed
  • Not Interested
  • No Answer

5. Select Calendar

Choose the GHL calendar the AI should use for booking. Ensure the calendar has available time slots configured.

6. Verify

Test the connection by creating a contact in GHL and confirming it appears in GetsYou.

Advanced Workflows

Automatic SMS Follow-Up

Create a GHL workflow that triggers when a contact moves to the "Qualified" pipeline stage:

  1. Send an SMS with a link to book online
  2. Wait 24 hours
  3. If no appointment booked, send a follow-up SMS
  4. Wait 48 hours
  5. If still no appointment, trigger another AI call via campaign

Hot Lead Alert

When the AI scores a lead above 75:

  1. GHL receives the updated lead score
  2. A workflow triggers an internal notification (email or SMS to your team)
  3. A task is created in GHL for immediate follow-up

Re-engagement Campaigns

Use GHL to identify cold contacts (no activity in 90+ days), export them to a GetsYou campaign list, and run an AI reactivation campaign.

Troubleshooting

Sync delays: Contact sync is near real-time but can take up to 5 minutes. If syncing stops entirely, re-authorize the integration.

Pipeline stage conflicts: If you modify your GHL pipeline structure, update the stage mapping in GetsYou settings to match.

Calendar conflicts: Ensure GHL calendar availability matches your actual business hours. The AI will only offer slots that show as available.

Duplicate contacts: The system deduplicates by phone number. If you see duplicates, check for different phone number formats between systems.
