Implementation Checklist

Use this checklist to ensure a smooth deployment of GetsYou.ai in your business.

Pre-Launch Preparation

  • Define your primary use case (inbound handling, outbound campaigns, or both)
  • Identify your industry vertical for AI agent pre-configuration
  • Gather your business information (company name, address, EIN)
  • Prepare your GoHighLevel credentials (if using GHL)
  • Export your contact list in CSV format

Account Setup

  • Create your GetsYou.ai account
  • Complete the onboarding flow (industry, company info, timezone)
  • Provision your phone number
  • Complete compliance acceptance
  • Set up your payment method
  • Purchase initial minute balance

AI Agent Configuration

  • Set your agent name and personality
  • Customize the greeting message
  • Review and adjust qualification questions
  • Configure language preferences
  • Set maximum call duration
  • Configure transfer settings (if using live transfer)

CRM Integration

  • Connect your GoHighLevel account

  • Test a round-trip: create contact in GHL → verify in GetsYou

Phone Number Setup

  • Decide: use GetsYou number directly or forward existing number
  • If forwarding: set up call forwarding with your current provider

  • Update your website, Google Business listing, and marketing materials

Contact Import

  • Clean your contact list (remove duplicates, invalid numbers)
  • Format CSV with required columns (phone, name)
  • Upload and map columns
  • Review import results
  • Tag imported contacts for campaign targeting

Testing

  • Make a test inbound call to your GetsYou number
  • Review the AI conversation flow and quality
  • Check that the contact record was created correctly
  • Verify appointment booking works
  • Check CRM sync (contact appears in GHL with correct data)

  • Review test campaign results and call recordings

Launch
