Strengthen sign-in
Open Settings → Security and enable the available multi-factor authentication method. Store recovery information in an approved password manager and never share a one-time code.
Every teammate should use a separate login. Shared accounts make access removal and activity review unreliable.
Respond to a concern
If you suspect unauthorized access, change the password, review active security options and team members, and contact Support from a known account. Do not approve an unexpected sign-in or recovery request. An owner should review integrations and sensitive settings after the account is secured.
