Use Partner Billing for charges and usage tied to the partner relationship. Use Retail for supported client-facing plans or pricing. Confirm which party pays each charge before activating service.

Review before changing

Check the client, plan, included usage, overage or wallet behavior, effective date, taxes, and any customer-facing description. A price change can affect future billing and should be communicated through your approved client process.

If an amount is unclear, record the client, period, line item, and related usage. Do not create a duplicate subscription or payment to force an account into an active state.
