Build a reusable baseline
Open Partner → Setup Packages and define the supported configuration that should repeat across similar clients. Keep the package focused on safe defaults, not client credentials or unverifiable business claims.
Review every application
Applying a package accelerates setup; it does not finish onboarding. Confirm the client’s identity, industry, timezone, compliance, phone inventory, integrations, calendar, knowledge, agent behavior, billing, and test results.
When a package changes, understand whether the update affects only future applications or also offers a change to existing clients. Test the package on a controlled workspace before broad reuse.
