Add useful buyer criteria
Open Settings → Buyer Network and record the markets, property types, price range, strategy, and contact preferences that a buyer has actually provided.
Keep buyer records separate from seller outreach. A buyer’s interest in deals is not consent to receive unrelated messages, and seller-only agents or numbers should not be assigned to buyer conversations.
Review matches
Treat a match as a recommendation to review, not permission to distribute sensitive property information automatically. Confirm the property fits the buyer’s current criteria and that the buyer is eligible for the selected channel. Update or deactivate stale criteria so future matching remains useful.
