Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the GetsYou.ai platform. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
2. Prohibited Activities — Voice Calls
You must NOT use the Service to:
- Make robocalls or automated calls without prior express consent from the recipient
- Impersonate government agencies (IRS, FBI, DEA, police), law enforcement, or public officials
- Make threatening, harassing, or intimidating calls
- Conduct telemarketing fraud, advance-fee scams, or phishing schemes
- Spoof caller ID to misrepresent your identity or business
- Contact numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without an existing business relationship or prior express consent
- Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or any applicable state telemarketing laws
- Make calls related to illegal activities including but not limited to: drug trafficking, money laundering, human trafficking, or illegal gambling
- Conduct debt collection without complying with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), including required mini-Miranda disclosures
- Make political campaign calls or advocacy calls without proper disclosures and consent
- Call numbers outside the United States without prior authorization from GetsYou.ai
3. Prohibited Activities — SMS/Text Messages
You must NOT use the Service to send:
- Unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
- Messages to recipients who have not opted in
- Messages without honoring opt-out (STOP) requests within 24 hours
- Messages that violate the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, or carrier acceptable use policies
- Messages containing malware links, phishing URLs, or deceptive content
4. Prohibited Activities — General
You must NOT:
- Share, resell, or sublicense your account or phone numbers to third parties
- Use the Service to generate or distribute illegal content
- Attempt to circumvent call limits, abuse detection, or other platform safety mechanisms
- Use multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions
- Provide false or misleading business information (company name, EIN, address)
- Use the platform in any way that could damage the reputation of GetsYou.ai or its technology partners
5. Call Volume and Fair Use
- New accounts (first 7 days) are limited to 1,000 outbound calls per day
- GetsYou.ai reserves the right to impose additional rate limits to prevent abuse
- Abnormal calling patterns (high volume with very short durations) may trigger automated review
6. Content Monitoring
- All calls made through the Service are recorded and may be analyzed for compliance
- Automated content analysis screens calls for prohibited activities
- GetsYou.ai reserves the right to review call recordings and transcripts to investigate potential violations
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any misuse of the Service, please report it immediately to abuse@vancom.io. Include the phone number involved, date/time of the incident, and a description of the violation.
8. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning notification
- Temporary suspension of calling privileges
- Permanent account termination
- Release of all phone numbers associated with the account
- Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law
- Forfeiture of remaining wallet balance
GetsYou.ai may take enforcement action at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
