What v0.1 defines

Four rates that describe a seller operation.

Each metric is a normalized organization-level rate with a written numerator, denominator, minimum sample, and exclusion list.

01

Live answer rate

eligible inbound seller calls answered live / eligible inbound seller calls

Counts only after 30 denominator events for that organization inside the window.

02

Seller contact rate

unique eligible seller leads with a two-way conversation / unique eligible seller leads worked

Counts only after 30 denominator events for that organization inside the window.

03

Qualification yield

unique seller leads meeting the written qualification contract / unique seller leads with a two-way conversation

Counts only after 30 denominator events for that organization inside the window.

04

Appointment yield

unique eligible seller leads with a verified acquisition appointment / unique eligible seller leads worked

Counts only after 30 denominator events for that organization inside the window.

Why no numbers yet

The gates decide — not the marketing calendar.

Publishing a weak sample would make the standard useless. Until every gate passes, this release ships definitions, downloads, and status — nothing else.

Publication gates

  • 10+ eligible non-internal organizations
  • 200+ eligible observations across the cohort
  • 5+ organizations behind every published cell
  • No organization above 20% of a cell
  • 90%+ required field coverage

How to cite this release

Cite the canonical release URL and check the status field before quoting anything. A methodology preview supports citing definitions and gates. Performance values become citable only when the status reads published — and the JSON, CSV, and this page always report the same status.

Machine-readable release

Same contract, three formats.

The JSON and CSV endpoints expose the identical metric contracts, quality gates, and release status as this page, with long-lived caching.
