Add a forwarding destination

Open Settings → Call Forwarding, enter the destination in full international format, and save the routing rule. Use a number that your business controls and that the intended teammate can answer.

Forwarding rules determine where an eligible human handoff goes. They do not replace the inbound number assignment or the agent’s transfer behavior, so review those settings too when building a complete handoff.

Test the route

Place a company-controlled test call and request the handoff. Confirm the receiving phone rings, shows the expected caller information, and connects both sides. If it does not, check the destination format, active hours, agent assignment, and whether forwarding is enabled for that scenario.
