Check these items in order

  1. Status — confirm the campaign is active, not paused, completed, or still a draft.
  2. Schedule — confirm today is enabled and the campaign is inside its configured contact-local outreach window.
  3. Audience — confirm eligible contacts are still pending.
  4. Channel readiness — voice needs a usable caller ID; SMS needs a registered sender; email needs a ready Campaign Email lane.
  5. Daily limits — a campaign or sender that reached its current daily limit resumes when capacity is available again.
  6. Wallet and account readiness — resolve any balance, subscription, or account hold shown in the dashboard.
  7. Suppression — DNC, opt-out, invalid destination, or safety controls can make an individual contact ineligible.

Open the campaign detail page for the current status and blocked reason. If those checks look ready but activity still does not start, open a support ticket with the campaign name and the time you expected it to run.
