What Is a Campaign?
A campaign is an automated outbound calling sequence. You define a list of contacts, set the schedule, and the AI calls each person — qualifying leads and booking appointments automatically.
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
- •Contacts imported (see Importing Leads)
- •Your AI agent configured (see Tuning Your AI Agent)
- •Wallet balance with available minutes (see Billing)
Creating a Campaign
Step 1: Navigate to Campaigns
From your dashboard, click on the Campaigns section.
Step 2: Create New Campaign
Click "New Campaign" and give it a descriptive name (e.g., "Spring HVAC Maintenance" or "New Leads March 2026").
Step 3: Select Contacts
Choose which contacts to include. You can:
- •Select all contacts
- •Filter by tags, import date, or custom criteria
- •Upload a new list specifically for this campaign
Step 4: Set the Schedule
Configure when the AI makes calls:
- •Start date and time — when the campaign begins
- •Calling hours — the AI only calls during TCPA-compliant hours (8 AM - 9 PM in the contact's timezone)
- •Days of week — choose which days to make calls
- •Calls per day — control the daily volume
Step 5: Review and Launch
Review your campaign settings, contact count, and estimated duration. Click "Launch" to start.
During the Campaign
While the campaign runs, you can monitor it from the dashboard:
- •Progress — how many contacts have been reached
- •Outcomes — appointments booked, qualified leads, not interested, no answer
- •Lead scores — average qualification score across the campaign
- •Active status — pause or resume at any time
Campaign Rules
GetsYou enforces compliance rules automatically:
- •TCPA calling hours: 8 AM - 9 PM in the recipient's timezone
- •Maximum attempts: 2 calls per day, 5 per week per contact
- •DNC enforcement: Contacts who request removal are immediately added to the Do Not Call list
- •AI disclosure: The AI identifies itself appropriately on every call
Tips for Better Campaigns
Start small. Run your first campaign with 20-50 contacts to see how it performs before scaling up.
Segment your lists. Contacts who submitted a form last week need a different approach than a list you purchased.
Time it right. Campaigns launched Tuesday-Thursday tend to have higher connection rates than Monday or Friday.
Monitor and adjust. Check results after the first day. If connection rates are low, consider adjusting calling hours or list quality.
