Your AI Agent Is Fully Customizable
Every GetsYou AI agent can be tuned to match your business. The agent comes pre-configured for your industry, but you have full control over how it sounds and behaves.
What You Can Customize
Agent Name
The name your AI uses when introducing itself. Choose something that fits your brand — "Sarah," "Alex," or whatever matches your team's style.
Greeting
The first thing callers hear. A good greeting is friendly, identifies your company, and sets the tone for the conversation.
Example: "Hi, thanks for calling Apex Roofing! This is Sarah. How can I help you today?"
Personality
Control the overall tone of the AI's conversation style. Options range from warm and conversational to professional and efficient. The AI adapts dynamically within this personality framework based on caller emotions.
Qualification Questions
Define what the AI should learn from each caller. These are industry-specific by default but fully customizable:
- •What's the issue or project?
- •What's the timeline?
- •Have they gotten other quotes?
- •Are they the decision maker?
- •What's the budget range?
The AI doesn't ask these as a rigid checklist — it weaves them naturally into the conversation.
Language
GetsYou supports multiple languages. Set the primary language for your agent, and the AI will conduct conversations in that language.
Transfer Settings
Configure live transfer for high-priority calls:
- •Enable or disable transfer
- •Set the transfer phone number
- •The AI can transfer hot leads directly to your team mid-call
Voicemail Settings
When the AI calls contacts and reaches voicemail:
- •Enable or disable voicemail leaving
- •Customize the voicemail script
- •Control voicemail detection behavior
Call Duration
Set the maximum call duration to control costs and keep conversations focused.
How to Make Changes
- Go to your Dashboard
- Navigate to the Agent section
- Edit any field and save
- Changes take effect on the next call — no restart needed
Tips for Better Results
Keep greetings short. Callers want to get to the point. A greeting under 15 words works best.
Be specific with qualification questions. "What's your budget range?" gets better data than "Tell me about your project."
Match the personality to your brand. A luxury home builder wants a different tone than an emergency plumber.
Test with real calls. Call your own number after making changes. Listen to how the conversation flows and adjust as needed.
