Create a group

Open Contacts → Groups, name the audience for its real purpose, and add the contacts that belong. A clear name such as “May web leads — opted in” is safer than a vague name such as “New list.”

Groups organize contacts; they do not create consent, remove suppression, or guarantee that every member is eligible for every channel. Campaign safety checks still apply at send time.

Keep audiences current

Review the count and a sample of members before launching a campaign. Remove records that no longer match the group’s purpose, and create a new group when the source or consent basis changes materially. This keeps reporting and troubleshooting understandable later.
