What you need

You need the PDF you want signed and the names of the signer roles, such as Seller, Buyer, or Company Representative. You do not need to connect Gmail, provide an inbox password, or create a separate mailbox.

Create a reusable document

  1. Open Settings → GetsYou Sign.
  2. Choose New document and upload the PDF.
  3. Add the signer roles the agreement requires.
  4. Place signature, initial, date, name, and other fields on the correct pages.
  5. Review the mapping and activate the document when it is ready.

The document becomes a reusable template. You map it once, then use it on future contacts and deals.

Where contracts are sent from

If your Deal Email domain is verified, GetsYou sends signature invitations from your branded offers@mail.yourcompany.com address and keeps replies with the deal. Without a verified Deal Email domain, contracts can still go out through secure signing delivery.

Your normal company inbox is not replaced or changed. Set up Deal Email when you want branded sending.
