What Deal Email does

Deal Email gives GetsYou two branded addresses on a dedicated subdomain:

  • •offers@mail.yourcompany.com for offers and signature requests
  • •tc@mail.yourcompany.com for transaction coordination

You do not connect Gmail, create these mailboxes, or share an inbox password. GetsYou sends and tracks the messages. Your existing company email continues working normally.

What you need

You need access to the DNS settings for the domain you already own. If someone else manages your domain, send them the Host and Value records shown by GetsYou.

Setup steps

  1. Open Settings → Email Domain → Deal email.
  2. Enter your root domain, such as yourcompany.com.
  3. Copy every DNS record into your domain provider exactly as shown.
  4. Return to GetsYou and choose Check DNS.
  5. Wait for the status to say Verified before relying on branded sending.

Only the mail. subdomain is used. The root domain and its existing inboxes are not moved.
