Setup Steps

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

From your GetsYou dashboard, go to Settings and find the Integrations section.

Step 2: Connect GoHighLevel

Click "Connect GoHighLevel." You'll be redirected to GoHighLevel's authorization page.

Step 3: Authorize Access

Sign in to your GoHighLevel account and approve the integration. This grants GetsYou read and write access to your contacts, calendars, and pipelines.

Step 4: Select Your Location

If you manage multiple GHL locations, select which one to connect. Each GetsYou organization connects to one GHL location.

Step 5: Map Your Pipeline

Choose which GHL pipeline and stages correspond to call outcomes:

  • Appointment Set — which stage to move contacts to when an appointment is booked
  • Qualified — where qualified leads go
  • Not Interested — where disqualified contacts go
  • Follow-up Needed — for contacts that need additional outreach

Step 6: Configure Calendar

Select which GHL calendar the AI should use for booking appointments. The AI will check availability before offering time slots to callers.

Step 7: Test the Connection

After setup, create a test contact in GHL and verify it appears in GetsYou, or vice versa. Run a test call and confirm the pipeline stage updates correctly.
