Open Settings → Integrations, find Carrot, and follow the setup shown for your account. Use an owner or authorized administrator for any connection or key exchange.
Verify one test lead
Submit a company-controlled test through the intended site form. Confirm one contact appears with the expected name, phone, email, source, lead type, and pipeline stage. Then verify the intended automation without allowing real outreach to the test record.
If a lead is duplicated or missing, compare the source form, field mapping, phone and email normalization, and connection status. Do not reconnect repeatedly before identifying whether the first connection is still active.
