Choose a private destination
Open Settings → Discord and connect the server and channel intended for operational alerts. Restrict channel membership to people authorized to see the information being sent.
Test the alert
Use the available test or a company-controlled event. Confirm the message reaches the expected channel once and contains only appropriate context.
Discord is an alert destination, not the system of record. Review the underlying contact, call, campaign, approval, or transaction in GetsYou before acting. If alerts stop, check both the GetsYou connection and whether the Discord channel, permissions, or webhook changed.
