Connect the channel
Open Settings → WhatsApp and follow the connection steps shown for your account. Finish every required business and number verification step before expecting the channel to become available.
When the connection is ready, WhatsApp conversations can be handled from the supported messaging workflow. Channel rules, templates, and consent requirements may differ from ordinary SMS.
Confirm readiness
Check the status shown on the settings page, then use a company-controlled test contact. If the channel remains pending, do not reconnect repeatedly or create duplicate setups. Review the listed requirement and share the displayed status with Support when you need help.
