This guide walks you through the complete setup process. Most teams are live and making calls in under 15 minutes.
What You'll Need
Before you start, make sure you have:
- •A business phone number (or you'll get one during setup)
- •Your GoHighLevel account credentials (if you use GHL)
- •A list of contacts to call, or a plan for inbound call handling
- •About 30 minutes for initial setup
The Setup Process
1. Create Your Account
Sign up and complete the onboarding flow. You'll provide basic business information including your company name, industry, and timezone. This helps us configure your AI agent with the right context from day one.
2. Get Your Phone Number
During onboarding, you'll provision a local phone number for your AI agent. This number handles both inbound and outbound calls. You can also port an existing number if you prefer.
3. Complete Compliance Setup
We take compliance seriously. You'll review and accept the necessary consent and usage agreements. This ensures your calling activity is TCPA-compliant from the start.
4. Configure Your AI Agent
Your AI agent comes pre-configured for your industry, but you can customize everything — the greeting, personality, qualification questions, and more. See Tuning Your AI Agent for details.
5. Connect Your CRM
If you use GoHighLevel, connect it during setup for automatic contact sync, pipeline integration, and calendar booking. See Connecting GoHighLevel.
6. Import Your Leads
Upload a CSV, sync from your CRM, or add contacts manually. See How to Import Your Leads.
7. Make Your First Call
You're ready. Launch a test call to yourself first to hear how the AI sounds, then start your first campaign or turn on inbound handling.
